Special Events :

This year we have two featured events during the weekend -

Firstly on Friday night, Furness Tradition will be organising a Period Costume Ball in good Victorian tradition this will be a mixture of entertainment and dancing, costumes are not esential but it is your first chance to get in the mood for the weekend. Doors at 7,45 for 8.00 pm

Secondly we have a presentation of The Good Olde Days Music Hall Show on Saturday Night starting at 7.00pm in the Coronation Hall. Duggie Chapman from Blackpool has assembled a professional cast to put on a fabulous show in the best Good Olde Days tradition. 

This is the final Show in their 2009 tour and this will be 'The Royal Command Performance' before Her Majesty The Queen (Victoria, of course) who will be taking her seat in the Royal Box at 7.00 pm.
